If you are not satisfied with our Premium plan, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. We will process your refund without any hassle.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
You must request the refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds are only available for first-time subscriptions. Renewals and upgrades are not eligible for refunds.
We do not offer refunds for the following:
Renewal fees for ongoing subscriptions.
One-time payments for additional services or features.
Partial refunds for usage within the billing cycle.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@pdfedit.ai. Include your account details and the reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 7 business days.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method you used at the time of purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
We may update our refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will take effect immediately.
